RETURN and EXCHANGE POLICY

If your display case arrived damaged, we will graciously exchange it. However, there are no returns on medallions due to customization as they are made to your specifications. We will contact you if the uploaded picture is not compatible with our laser process. Rest assured, each unit undergoes a thorough in-house inspection before shipping to ensure quality.

SHIPPING and DELIVERY POLICY

We cannot be held responsible for goods lost in return shipment. Hence, we recommend using an insured and trackable mail service to return damaged display case. A replacement will not be issued without proof of received return delivery.
To return your damaged display case, securely place the unit in its original packaging and mail it to the following address: A-3097 Chuka Blvd. Regina, Saskatchewan S4V 3V8, Canada.
